The 2024 Scottish Legal Awards has reached an exciting milestone as it celebrates its 21st anniversary. This prestigious event, renowned for recognising excellence and achievement in Scotland's legal sector, has announced its finalists, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion. The Scottish Legal Awards is proudly sponsored by 123 Medical Services for the second consecutive year.
This year, the panel of distinguished judges has meticulously reviewed a diverse range of entries, ultimately identifying over 60 finalists. These finalists, hailing from various backgrounds and demonstrating outstanding performance and innovation, represent the pinnacle of legal talent in Scotland. Their achievements underscore the profession’s commitment to excellence, diversity, and forward-thinking.
In addition to recognising today’s finalists, the panel will also present two special awards: the Business Leadership Award, sponsored by 123 Medical Services, and the Lifetime Achievement Award, sponsored by The Times. These prestigious awards, a testament to the recipients' exceptional contributions, will be announced later this summer.
The awards raise funds for two designated charities: the LawScot Foundation which helps students pursue careers in law, and It’s Good 2 Give, which supports young cancer patients and their families in Scotland.
